Of course we know what Dur is, just not how their biz is run, numbers, focus, messaging etc. Duh. There’s no cross pollination or communal account management. Enough time wasted on stupidity.

That is a good point. It would be nice to know more about what is going on over there. I do know that every other day there is a posting for a position in Durysta. So things must not be very good.
 
















I think Covid played a part but I would think that the bigger problem is the one time use indication. That's what a lot of the doctors I have spoken to about it say.

That is a great point. After the effects of the Durysta wears off what do they do? Finally someone that isn’t a jerk on CP. One time degradable implants for chronic diseases would not be well received.
 












They need to take a long hard look at redoing the target panels for CSO reps. Next quarter they should have total offices, not just one doc here and there. And also not docs which have moved or retired. Seriously, how are they going to meet their reach and also get paid on only their call panel when it’s jacked in the first place???

The above person isn’t complaining. If anything they are trying to help the contract reps- as well as the rest of the sales force. Allergan knows they need to redo the green rep call panels. Do you think it helps them to have moved and retired doctors? And have 3 reps calling on 1 doctor? We are already starting to lose access in offices because of it.

I guess there are some teams that don't like their contract rep, but most of the people I've talked to like the rep they just don't like the call panel. There is a lot of opportunity for these reps to make serious impact with lower decile doctors that only treat a little dry eye or write mostly Xiidra- why are they calling on glaucoma specialists?? And I'm not talking about glaucoma guys who also write tons of Restasis, I'm talking about the guys that hate treating dry eye and pass it off to someone else almost every time. What will be achieved in that case other than pissing them off? That's not good for anyone including the contract reps. There was a huge opportunity to use this share of voice and these reps in a great way that would benefit everyone and Allergan missed the boat big time with these targets.
 




Totally agree. We shouldn’t have 3 people calling on those type of targets and if they truly wanted to expand the footprint they totally did miss the boat on appropriate targeting. I really hope this gets changed for Q3.
