Someone is assuming “minimal” territory changes when that’s in fact the opposite. About time to call back those recruiters. hey tenured rep. We r hearing that you guys have a bad reputation for overselling you stuff. It takes 6 months for you to increase tear production. This is going to be like takin candy from a baby.
 












To the Oyster Point people on this site you can go home. My team has overcome some challenges that are far larger than you are giving yourself credit for. Just earlier this year we cleared up minimal issues like routing and communication that were a minor distraction. You don’t rise to these issues. Some of us have been here for so many years we have forgotten about the silly little competitors that have come along. If we communicate and do what we do you will be one of them too. Was anyone going to even do a rep check to see if the newer territories made any logistical territory sense? Or is it just a computer looking at zip codes. And docs that haven’t been in a call panel since they died?
