Salary will depend on what career ladder they bring you in at. They pay big money for external hires so regardless they will probably pay you pretty well certainly more then any internal hire.

I know some internal CL4’s who are making close to a base of $150,000.

yeah that’s not even almost true. I’m making $110k now in specialty. If they offer me $120 I’d tell them to pound salt. Not nearly enough for the added responsibility. $130 is getting into an acceptable range. $135 im seriously interested. $140, sold.

If you're an internal candidate, get ready to tell them to pound sand. They absolutely will NOT negotiate with internal candidates. HR makes a take it or leave it offer that if you're making 110 will be in the 125 range. If you're external, you have a lot more leverage and may be able to negotiate an extra 5 or so.
 




Why does AZ constantly shit on their own people? Can someone please answer this for me?? I’ve never seen a company with such a piss poor reputation for not promoting their own.
 








I’m telling you for a fact. External candidates cannot ask for more than $130k base on the application or they’re disqualified.
If you’re an internal candidate you’re raise will be a lol
