abbvie is making a clear move to make IAE and MSL as future of sales. its a scam to get around pharma rules. They say they dont sell product but have direction to sale product. through this loophole it allows them to take customers to dinner. provide drinks etc

MSL's are basically a way to skirt USA law. Notice how they are basically non-existent ex-USA.
