25 years in the industry. Base is 226K bonus 80K at plan with 25K RSUs last year

Obviously a startup company with extremely low share price. Guessing less than $3 at this point.

And, your point is....what? Remember, cash is king. Stock options are no guarantee, but a salary received 2x per month is a sure thing. Enjoy your “hefty” stock price that can drop at any given time.

Now I feel cheated that I am not making $108K and should be with my level of experience. Someone needs to look at the older people and ensure they are being paid fairly.
