They have had a few weeks of interviews in Chicago. This is the final one. Offer letters went out after each week. It was not the company for me. I declined the
Offer for a myriad of reason. I had several industry coworkers that attended and all of us were told a slightly different story. There is a lot of information discrepancy from one candidate to the next. Money was ok ( 100-140)but the target bonus is low (36) and very few stock options (500) . They seem to be basing target numbers on investor promises vs market industry research. If they have a bad launch-
Totally possible given their lack of leadership who know how to launch in the diabetes market- then there is no bonus and you better hope your base can pay the bills. If you are in a bad place it is a job. But if your don’t absolutely need it then this is one to pass on. I’ll check back in 6 months to hear if the management here is as bad as the comments suggest. Good luck to those of you still in pursuit.

These numbers are pathetic. That is a horrible equity number for a start up. Why would anyone take the risk for that little equity.
