As far as Sanofi, they have some very good tenured reps, many of whom may go over to ZS when the time comes. The rent a reps as you call them are not only highly experienced but well compensated for the job. So unless you know, you are just speculating.

Incorrect ZS has already started to hire. Your statement above is inaccurate.

My post above your was referring to the leadership in Relypsa. I can comment since I know a good handful of them as well as where they worked and the lack of success they had while they were working there. Its not classified information as the failures of the companies they have been at speak for themselves.

What gets me is Sr Leadership allows these people to bring over the same people who they were working with when they struggled to meet expectations in their previous jobs. I really don't get it. No clue about Sanofi however I am strongly speculate a big pharma rep who has been selling Renvela for a few years is not someone who I would worry about competing with...generally speaking.

Bingo. Art is a total fucktard. Also a complete bully with nothing to offer but failure. Back him into a corner and watch him retaliate when he realizes you outmatch him intellectually. He has failed everywhere he's been in the last 10 years. Why should this be any different?

Not sure about Art but many of the others I know who have gone to this place in sales leadership are not folks who I would trust or have shown signs of consistent success on other jobs. Most of them have mediocre to avg success in previous roles at best. It's all available on linkedin. Look for yourself.

I think Relypsa was looking for a quick sell and just hired folks who were adequate however they got caught with their pants down and the sell did not happen (and wont happen anytime soon) now they are stuck with this group in sales leadership. IMO they will get crushed as not only does ZS have top notch folks in many of the commercial and sales leadership positions but their drug looks significantly better in many areas.

Still spinning yarns about your great accomplishments at Pfizer Art? You certainly made a mark when you brought down an entire HIV brand team and cost dozens of people their jobs. Violate FDA compliance much?

AR is box office death. If he shows up at your company you have 6-12 months to find a new job before they shut down completely. You have been warned.
 






i don't know anything about Art however if you look at vast majority of the people in the sales leadership team they many seem to have some real issues. I did extensive research before I declined to interview for a DM opportunity in the East so I didn't dig too much on Art.

I think they just hired avg to mediocre people as they were expecting a quick sell or acquisition however this did not happen due to ZS9 looking much strong clinically and nonclincially. Looks to me this sales Team and product will get eaten alive in the market once both products are on the market.
