recruiter called yesterday re: life vest

Just out of curiosity, Where are Zoll Reps ending up after they leave the company? It seems like the average stay is a a little over a year. Does Zoll look good or bad on your resume? serious replies please, a recruiter contacted me about a Zoll Lifevest position recently as well.
Outside of Cardiology as they make you sign a non-compete when you join the company. They don't tell you that before you accept the position and you quit your job. Zoll life vest looks crappy on a resume.

Plenty of people with cardiology non competes have gone to Zoll and they don't honor other companies policies. Which is why they don't enforce their own non competes when someone leaves. Plus they don't care, the Zoll business model is a revolving door. They expect people to leave.

They either just up and quit, get themselves fired and go on unemployment or take Zoll off there resume and interview for a new position. If you have a good background before Zoll like pacers or J&J or Boston Sci you can explain in an interview that you were in a car accident , had head trauma, and don't remember why you left your old company and ended up at Zoll. Bring a letter from a qualified physician stating you've come out of your coma and are qualified to go back to your old way of life. These are pretty much your options after leaving pergitory!
