Recordati Rare Disease

I really don't understand this thread. Recordati is doing well. They continue to grow quarter over quarter. Expectations are high, yes. But it's a sales job. Show me a legitimate sales job that doesn't expect the sales team to perform. How can anyone justify a rep's existence that has zero or one prescription a year? Reps get paid upwards of 180,000+ a year in salary. That's a lot of money to not produce. They may be the nicest person in the world, but that's not going to satisfy investors or grow an organization. Our industry, especially rare disease, has become soft. It's a great industry. Not everyone is cut out for sales. Plenty of other roles to choose from. Come on everyone, let's be nice and get along.

Please don't treat the team as if we are stupid as we all hear and see what's happening. Between the agregisly high discontinuation rate, lack of new materials from the home office...its clear the field is the only one trying to do anything (at least some of us)...
BTW - to whoever is running the show...Jersey or Milan, you may want to ask the whisperer from the NJ home office to stop leaking info to the field... EG is a bit of a tard... but it's not her...
Things such as issues w the specialty pharmacy, lack of Rxs, difficulty w large refills (PS) knows what I'm talking about...goals are a bit aloof...directions ambiguous at best...concerned about our longevity...is Mohamed concerned? Love to hear from him. Heard that there were big salary increases given to home office staff and some sales reps [incentive to stay]....the rest of us were brought in at far lower salaries to do same work...very frustrating and quite unfair. Plug that hole home office as info is leaking like a faucet...
Please don't undermine our intelligence by refruting the above w a counter post as this information comes from someone close to all in the homeoffice...and I trust that source wholeheartedly...here's to 2024
 






To the last poster. The team isn't stupid, but you, I'm not so sure. It's cute...you spell like a 5 year old. You sound it out. "Agregisly?" You mean egregiously? LOL. And what does refruiting mean? Plant another orange tree? Oh...refuting!! And "aloof" means- not friendly, cold, distant. Goals aren't aloof. But, if you're the one selling, goals are probably unattainable!! If you're unhappy and have so many complaints, get another job. I PROMISE, based on your post, you will NOT be missed. And we know JZ and KG chirp quite a bit to the former employees. All good. 2024, same crock of shit, different day with this place. Your paranoia and inability to control the “chirping” obviously keeps you awake at night P.S. Have you ever considered that we are starving for any sense of relatable communication, transparency, or any sense of inclusion at this place. The people who are left that actually care grasp onto any information we can get from anyone because our district managers are all drones and seem hesitant to be honest with us. So we all talk and have to piece the ‘story’ together ourselves. This void has been created and fueled by your lack of communication & honesty to the sales team because we are below him (since he did get most of us ‘on the cheap’…his words not ours). FIT team suggestion for 2024——— don’t profess yourself on CF rather apply the same level of effort you do on CF and be a leader for once.

Rather new to Recordati Rare. Attended the meeting last week in Florida and didn’t get the greatest vibe from anyone at all levels. Just feels like everyone is out for themselves and leadership at any chance they got was trying to put a positive spin on everything which made me and a few others feel like it was very unauthentic. Not sure if this is the norm but since it was my first All Company Meeting (heard people referring to it as ‘Another Crappy Meeting’) just trying to figure this place out and if that was the real vibe or just a show leadership was putting on because the execs were in from Italy. Appreciate any context those who have been here longer can share.
 













it was pretty fun to watch 75% of the US employees get participation awards for 2023. and every person in leadership absolutely thinks they are the reason why the award winners won something have 350 days to land somewhere else so we aren’t subjected to another crappy meeting

Not sure I have the stomach for the long haul here. I've seen this drama play out in previous organization, and it didnt work out well then!
I agree with the last poster. Much of what I witnessed seemed very disingenuous. Lots of smoke and mirrors (although SLT doesnt have much personality in general), lots of confusion... a show for Milan.
What I found interesting was that It didnt seem as though Milan was all to impressed by what they were hearing from our SLT team.
Perhaps they'll be replacing some people...I think some changes are necessary at the top. Weak leadership all around. I can name a few managers who are w/o question in over their head. Guess they know how to kiss the right amount of A$$...
Ah well... as long as their checks dont bounce! Work minimally, and reap the benefits - Thank you to r*****s in charge! LOL

well I can’t say many people would disagree agree with your assessment of this place. It has sadly become the place where mediocre Pharma leadership comes to die and Make all of our lives miserable in the process, Collecting a paycheck for now while kicking every tire that comes my way. Well said and it may be more fitting if this company changed its tagline from “focused on the few” which they all run around and talk about like it’s a biblical verse to something more appropriate like——
Focused on all the wrong stuff all the time OR
Focused on only the top performer of the minute OR
Focused on keeping us in the dark OR
Focused on creating a toxic culture OR
Focused on every way possible to screw everyone over OR
Focused on just the exec team OR
Focused on acting like things are good but really everything here really sucks ..like really sucks
Meanwhile we all are FOCUSING on getting the hell out of here. Someone needs to FOCUS on keeping ML in the broom closet.
 






Anovo and Acadia...where under-performing, overspending, embezzling, entitled, zero leadership quality pharma people go. Have you seen the SE performance? With MO and AE gone, they're finally succeeding. You know that infuriates them! They have an access director that provides more than lip service. Remember when AE and his cronies thought they were invincible? OMG...then AE got axed and all the loser reps that didn't have to.leave their houses saw their world come crashing down? Good times. What's MO doing now? PSL? Eeeesh. Far cry from NSD. Hopefully, Acadia has an open checkbook policy so these "crooks" can continue to steal but somehow justify it. RRD is better off, I'm sure. MO, did you EVER even walk into an account with your team? What a disservice. It's so sad.
