I really don't understand this thread. Recordati is doing well. They continue to grow quarter over quarter. Expectations are high, yes. But it's a sales job. Show me a legitimate sales job that doesn't expect the sales team to perform. How can anyone justify a rep's existence that has zero or one prescription a year? Reps get paid upwards of 180,000+ a year in salary. That's a lot of money to not produce. They may be the nicest person in the world, but that's not going to satisfy investors or grow an organization. Our industry, especially rare disease, has become soft. It's a great industry. Not everyone is cut out for sales. Plenty of other roles to choose from. Come on everyone, let's be nice and get along.
