I heard the guy PS replaced couldn't get the job done. Kept feeding his VP BS and finally got the boot. Nice guy, just not right to drive business. No accountability for sales team. Too many participation trophies. And the market access guy got cut too. I believe an HR issue. He was all talk anyway. More reps need to leave. Dead weight. Not producing, probably not working. Holding everyone else back. Cmon everyone. Hold up your end.

I heard 4 more account reps leaving within the next three weeks. 2 with top territories, so it must be something other than the “people can’t sell angle”

I past on an interview after things I heard. Too much turmoil. I can stay at my company for that.

People are leaving because AE isn't there to tell them it's ok not to produce. We still love you. AE still calls the reps to fill their heads with nonsense. Come on AE, move on. You got a great job now. Some people say working at a specialty pharmacy is beneath you, but don't listen. All the people leaving RRD are bottom performers. Dead weight. SE region a hot mess. Where is old market access guy? Taking AE out for dinner? Not any more!!

The organization is very TOXIC. They are nice to you to your face, but then shittalk behind your back. HR is a joke. Leadership has no idea what they are doing. ML & BZ are the absolutely worst and are the downfall of the company. In 1 month, 8 people quit...

I cant stand listening to her nonsense on our calls... she truly needs to go back to Merck --- If i can offer her any advice, as head of a marketing department, please familiarize yourself with a product PI, they come in very handy when trying to avoid sounding like an imbecile in front of those of us in the field
