oh no here we go! the sales force is a revolving door and turnover costs more than retention. why can’t corporate see this
Two Managers in Neuro quit last week and another rep quit the week before. All were doing well, in fact the rep closed 4 Cusa’s the week he quit. The culture here is toxic because the men at the top like it that way and encourage it. If they didn’t, it would have changed by now, but it hasn’t and never will, it’s the Integra way. People don’t leave jobs that you can make $200-$250 unless there is a major problem. In the case of Integra, the problems are plentiful and will never be fixed.
