oh no here we go! the sales force is a revolving door and turnover costs more than retention. why can’t corporate see this

Is there anyone who can help the constant turnover here and realize the problem is bigger than just the reps? Especially in EO. Nothing new here and hasn’t been in years!!!! Why does the failure of just “me too” products fall on the territories and not the company?

Two Managers in Neuro quit last week and another rep quit the week before. All were doing well, in fact the rep closed 4 Cusa’s the week he quit. The culture here is toxic because the men at the top like it that way and encourage it. If they didn’t, it would have changed by now, but it hasn’t and never will, it’s the Integra way. People don’t leave jobs that you can make $200-$250 unless there is a major problem. In the case of Integra, the problems are plentiful and will never be fixed.

Company needs to decide what it is. Is it a Neuro, WC, or Ortho company? No point in being a small and sucking in multiple areas (current state). Focus on 1 or 2 areas and actually be good at them.

Neuro is the biggest segment and the company is so stupid its not even a highlight of the company when they post it in job descriptions and the company website:
