Agree about the Minds Team comment. Bigger question is why was company so happy to reward them for their actions and "accomplishments". Should have raised eyebrows but guess corporate was happy no matter how the sales were obtained. Now it is over and investigations begin.

This is a common practice in managed care,what you lose now you gain back when contracts are negotiated the next year. It's called competition, not only in the field but at the corporate level as well. Two branded products and generics, you can't have em' all.

What an ignorant statement! And clearly you know NOTHING about MC negotiations and contracts. How the HELL can a company forecast it's profitability with year to year uncertainty on MC contracts. Real companies, with real leadership have multi-year plans, objectives, and contracting strategies. You don't need them all, but you sure as hell need the big ones. Brits are trying fast to get out of this sinking ship....

That's why they announce quarterly target earnings dumbass. If a company isn't performing they adjust their forecast, ie. Orexo. You really think an earnings forecast is for an entire year without checks and balances? Stock and shareholder responsibilities? And you really think RB solutions will not adjust their third and fourth quarter forecasts with the managed care loss? Talk about an idiot.

Sunshine, London doesn't give a flying shit about anything other than the final number. You better hit it, or you're gone. Forecast allows for changes along the way, but at the end of the day, it's the promised number they expect. Just try lowering your forecast in the 4th quarter, and see what the Brits do.
