When you hire based on quotes and not the best candidates you will regress in the quality of the company. Apparently social experimentation surpasses quality, and qualified applicants. Your competitors welcome your environmental, social and governance exercise, the PC banks will welcome it, but your shareholders won't. When the Government stops providing your profit margins, the reality that sets in will not be pretty.

No one here does shit except enter calls and do webexes. So it really doesn't matter at this point. This job is a complete joke, so have at it.Due to "systemic racism" and sexism, Pfizer announced racial quotas where open discrimination against white men will be encouraged and mandated. majority of minorities do not meet the basic criteria to be hired. If they want to down grade that for those pple, I will gladly leave. Why empower a race that is responsible for the majority of crime and the inmate population. Joke.

It is public knowledge, however, that this company has no problem hiring foreign refugees immediately after dumping a whole division. If you are smart that scares you, since that devalues all current employees regardless of how much pigment they have.
Just as it is wrong to not hire someone because they have a dark skin color or are female, it is equally wrong to not hire someone because they are white and male. Yet that is exactly what Pfizer has been doing in my opinion and now will do with quota mandates. Sick and immoral.
Leave this leftist hell hole if you can. Companies are starting to figure out that bringing politics into work in almost every case degrades performance. This place is beyond saving and if it gets run into the ground the top execs will still have their millions.The thing is after a while of not hiring the top candidates they production will slowly erode.
