So you mean to tell me if I grow 89% to my quota this quarter I will get 0$? With Q2 bonus plan if i grew 130rx that's $7,500. That's F*****. Way to incentivize your sales force in the most important quarter for ADHD. Do better TR and GC.

No you get $2500. Did you read the 2nd part of the bonus plan? It sucks, yes it’s stupid, but you need to read the 2nd part
 












For the paste couple of years, I was always told about the culture of this place, it is pitiful and disappointing to see the backward turn of events here. Not sure if many want to stay here anymore.

There will be repercussions for this decisions to stick it to the salesforce. Someone needs to be held accountable for this miscalculation and it's not the reps.
 






I am personally happy with the quota. I love when my RD does a ride along. I just take 2-5 of my antidepressants, go full zombie mode and hope that my RD doesn’t ask me if I’m circumcised again.
 






there's no incentive to grow and make money. which makes me think that we are being incentivized to not get laid off at this point. something is off. something has been off. i'm scared to lose my job.
 
























Going back to last Quarter- Someone tell me how a company can start a reps baseline in the negative and not pay on the full growth. Technically grew a pitiful 150 scripts from a baseline of -95 and was paid for growth only over the 0 mark. Shouldn’t reps be paid on their growth from their baseline even if in the negative lol?

If you are referencing Q2 Vs Q1 growth everyone in Q1 was in the red. Everyone. If they keep up with this "quota" nonsense Q1 quota to $6k should be 30 prescriptions.
 






The field is going to need the parameters of this Bonus Special in writing. I'm sure mgmt remembers the big lie of 2016, they pulled on the salesforce. For those that weren't here then:

Mgmt gave us a very similar sweetheart deal in 2016 on hitting forecast. We hit forecast and they refused to pay us our special bonus. They had the nerve to parade around afterwards bragging to the street on how they hit forecast and then bold faced lied to our face that we fell short. Don't move an extra inch until you get this in writing from your RD.

You should expect $10,000 per year or $2,500 per quarter in bonus on the recent changes they’ve made.
 






So theres a cap on the $2500 each quarter?! Whats the calculation for the amount of scripts you need to sell to get the $2500 per quarter? Someone also mentioned on this forum that there is a call list quota according to their new sales plan...can someone please explain what that is

With the current bonus plan in place you can EXPECT to make $2500 per quarter. 90% of the salesforce is on pace to make $2500. So $2500 is what you should budget. If you are ok with that amount then consider this company. If not, then run.

You will go to offices where there are 3-4 targets that can prescribe, however, usually only 1 of the 4 will be on your “list”. The other 3 that are not on your list will most likely be the ones to see you, and prescribe the most Rx’s, but you won’t get credit for those because the ones that ended up writing were not on your “list”. Does that make sense? Hope that was explained well enough. Good luck on your interview.
