if you have coupons redeemed but no rx,
the pharmacy the coupons are being turned in at, doesnt sell their script information, sounds stupid, but alot of pharmacies now don't report/sell script information anymore like they did in the past, so basically you arent going to get credit for your scripts--i remember, different company (no contract) launching a new product, one of my targets kept informing me about the scripts she was writing for me and her data kept showing big 0, there was only one pharmacy within 30 miles of the clinic--even the pharmacist said alot of scripts were running through the pharmacy--pharmacist gave me a printout of patients--he blacked out the patient info, but there was about 50 scripts that had been written that i didnt get any credit for because the pharmacy didnt sell the info
also, if you have alot of walgreens in your area, pharmacist get paid a nice bonus for swithcing products over to generics--nice industry we are in
the companies can reconcile the data by looking at wholesale zip code total and give credit when credit is due, unless you get credited only based on your "A" targets and dr specific, then you screwed.
