Guess he was wrong.... It's close enough to tell us that things will or will not be changing....if there are if no releases soon that would possibly imply big changes and we are not being told so we will keep selling strong through the remainder of the year and not start hunting for another job.

Team one has been told about an new product. they will have 3 products in there bag. They start training for Priqis December 1. It a little scary we have heard nothing and we are only selling one drug and it is seasonal sell.

Come on Pfizer give us something additional to sell. We have families to support.
 


















If there is going to be a change in the sales force structure - it is known by now and has not communicated. If there is going to be territory realignments, downsizing or the end of the contract, the filling of vacant territories would not be filled.

How about the DM had a big mouth and repeated something he was told not to? All this stuff clears legal before it is given to us

It makes sense the QXR team is NOT getting Pristiq. It's a compliance issue. Pristiq is not approved in anyone under the age of 18. We are calling on both Peds and Child Psych's. Pfizer can't risk that compliance nightmare! This is purely a compliance/lawyer call.
 






still the high volume vacant territories are not being filled, and the QXR team was promised the Pristiq medication in the bag via DM.....if all was staying the same with the contract, these territories would be filled immediately

Your logic is not logical. Pristiq is a antidepressant. It would not be promoted to Peds. We are also suppose calling on adult psych's that have a high ADHD volume. Pristiq would be a better fit then Team one selling Estring and Relpax. Duh!

We have been told the contract is being continued but in what structure. It looks like we are not going to get another product to sell. In Sept and Oct we were told that it was being looked at to put other products in our bag and the best fit has been given to a contract that has 2 products already. If it was not going to happen, why were we told false promises.

DM meeting the first of Dec have been cancelled.

Come on be honest with the sales force....

It could be we are getting a Pfizer product being promoted by Pfizer rep is currently selling. It could be the contract is ending. It could be the contract is sliming down.

My fear is most of the time things are not being communicated is because the news is negative.

Guess we just keep reading betw the lines and hope for the best. ? Any better ideas? Would be nice if DMs would keep their mouths shut and not perpetuate the rumors

The DMs are people too. They are people fearful of the loss of employment. I have no DM promise anything. All of us speculate trying to make decisions for our future. No communication is good. If the news was good news most likely it would be shared to encourage us.

The false hopes or rumors were not given from the DMs. They were communicated from management about the DMs right up to our direct contacts with Pfizer. The assumptions were then made by all from the DMs down.

If a new product announcement was made that could be the catalyst for an icrease sales for QXR and our future employment. Of course if there is no products available none can be announced and the contract structure will most likely change.
