questions about Perry

Are you this ignorant of basic biology? Life begins at conception. It is alive. It is human. It is a distinct individual. End of story.

That's a widely held belief but so is the one MW put forth. I would never harm a living person but to me, a fetus is the result of what happens in between the time that some jism and an egg meet and begin the process that may some day become a living human being - capable of breathing, crying, etc. Until that happens, it's not yet a human life in my book.

Oh I think the abortion issue should be discussed. Is it the most important issue? No it isn't. However, the fact is.....today, more Americans are pro life than pro choice. As a Republic, the people should want to know where a candidate positions himself on the issue.

My advice to any candidate who is pro life...he...or she....should preface their view as being outside of the realm of religion....as there should remain in place a separation of church and state...as stated in the Constitution.

Where you, my buddy Doc, and several others on the left make their mistake....viewing pro life people as only "religious fanaticals". Well I'm sorry.....whenever the plurality of our countrymen now hold a pro life view, then the body politic encompasses far more than "religious fanaticals".

Whereby I am certainly a Christian, my pro life view has nothing to do with my Christianity, but everything to do with the macabre practice of killing the unborn. No other mammal on earth does such a thing.

The reason why I say it is connected to religion are the folks that I see at Planned Parenthood. These folks are stating and holding signs of religious nature. Yet these same folks who are so worried about human life have no problem going to war in Iraq or any place. When it comes to war they are the biggest hypocrites. This is not directed to you Hairy. I know your story.

That's the problem. You don't understand that what I said is not a belief, IT IS SCIENTIFIC FACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is clear, obvious scientific truth which those such as yourself who support abortion find devastating to your position, so you want to try to deny the obvious facts. Too bad, but you don't get away with that with me around!

They aren't hypocrites, you are just confused, as you usually are.

There is a huge difference which wise individuals can see, between the taking of the essence of innocent human life and engaging in a just war which is what Iraq and the other wars which America has waged in are.
