Q4 products are back!!

The products being outsourced are snake oil and shouldn't even be on the market. Additionally, those products don't even make millions, so it isn't costing millions to outsource. Again, you show your ignorance.

Yes, it took two years. However, Virbac does not control the FDA inspection dates. The FDA concluded the audit that started this disaster in December 2014. The FDA did not come for a re-inspection until August 2016. Might want to educate yourself before posting again or you can continue to waste my time.

You choose to waste your time by coming on here to defend Virbac. How pathetic are you.

So how's that return of Virbantel and Iverhart Max going for you, Virbac apologists?

Both products have been returned to market.

I wouldn't say I'm defending Virbac. Honestly, Virbac has a terrible culture and a poorly educated work force. My original post called for changes on the operations side, because very little has been done to fix that side of the house. I have never seen a company leave an ELT in tact that allowed this to happen on their watch. I only started engaging the clowns on this site because every response to my original post showed the ignorance that is so prevalent at Virbac.

I agree that operations side of the business needs to change. Desperately. Virbac has all the wrong people in leadership and management positions. Unless France cleans house on the management team, Virbac is doomed, even with the return of products.

Once again our brilliant leadership is going to tell you what you want to hear at the NSM. They know its crap and is likely not to happen. It seams they never learn that overpromising and under-delivering is not the way to do business. They plan on making the same empty promises to our customers. Do they not understand that they have lost all credibility?

Amen to that. Me too. I'm busy worrying what I will do next year. Shut up and enjoy your salaries and be happy you weren't screwed over by Virbac. Thanks again Dave, Paul and Carol. And let's not leave out Mary Jo and Naomi. Thank you so much for ruining my year and the holidays for me and my family!!

A second amen!! I as well was laid off....but in the end it has been the best thing to happen. And no I wasn't with Novartis, I was a long time employee of VB. That obviously didn't matter.

fast forward to the Northeast, where that useless rep no one ever saw was finally let go. And replaced a year later ? by a pregnant gal who is seriously about to pop a baby out on any one of her stops. Nothing against her,. She's doing her best to represent the two products she has to work with. She looks tired when trying to explain that no the only meds anyone ever wants or worked well have absolutely no release date in sight
How ironic that the rep is about to be " temporarily unavailable . But the difference is that it's for a great reason and the return date will be real !!!!

No. White. Come out of my cave to go to work. Just a twisted sense of irony laced humor that can offend the thin skinned Seroiusly you just can't make this stuff up that's this good ! Truth really is stranger than fiction.
