Q4 products are back!!

I made the comment, and I absolutely care! I've been a loyal VB rep for many years now and I too am ashamed of what the organization has become. I'm just tired of people like you making ridiculous statements. Yes, we're in dire straits. But whining on this board won't help. Unlike you I'm out in the field having to face customers and their tough questions while having no answers. You claim to be in the H.O.? Why not be part of the solution instead of bitching about the problems.

So now you work for virbac? So you are no longer lying? And you say we're part of the problem by talking about the issues, yet you have no idea what we've done to try and save virbac? And you're tired of people like me?

Tough crap. Then stop visiting this board and attacking anyone who posts anything negative about virbac. We are not here to not offend you. Get over yourself.

We are tired of people like you attacking people who vent on this board due to the abuse, retaliation, and vindictiveness management employees on a daily basis to those of us trying to save virbac. And if suddenly you are telling the truth this time and actually work in the field and not HQ, then you have no idea what we in HQ are talking about.

The solution is what we've all been saying here and you get prissy when we do: simply put senior management needs to be fired and replaced with people who are not CBM, PH, CW, etc. They are completely incompetent, inept, unethical, and clueless.

Well, Virbac was informed today that the Warning Letter has been lifted and has returned to full GMP status. This is nothing to shake your head at. Most companies take 3 plus years to get out from under a Warning Letter. Virbac has accomplished this in less than a year from the date the Warning Letter was issued. Virbac's Quality Assurance team clearly has a mastery of managing CVM and FDA inspections. Now, the Operations side of the house needs to follow suit and clean house. Time to become a new Virbac or it will fall right back into the depths of hell and won't return. Quality Assurance can only do so much, Operations has to be the driver of change to create a new Virbac.

Do you still have the sexy rep out west?

Way to go, Virbac! Team Awesome! Too bad no vet or DSR would touch Virbac products with a 10 foot pole. Virbac NA should just stick a fork in it. Oh and you migh want to fact check. Warning letter was issued Dec 2014, so no, Virbac didn't get out from under in less than a year. Try two painful years.

You clearly don't know how use google or read. The WL was issued to PH on December 18, 2015. The Form 483 was issued in December 2014. Please learn the difference before you run your mouth.....idiot.

Be thankful you still have a job to complain about. I'm the one that has been laid off and it's Christmas time and I can't even provide gifts for my family.

Amen to that. Me too. I'm busy worrying what I will do next year. Shut up and enjoy your salaries and be happy you weren't screwed over by Virbac. Thanks again Dave, Paul and Carol. And let's not leave out Mary Jo and Naomi. Thank you so much for ruining my year and the holidays for me and my family!!

It's all semantics. It still took two years to correct the issues. The sad and pathetic part about this company's culture is actually thinking that warrants a giant pat on the back.

You also outsourced the manufacturing of a number of products or got rid of them to be compliant. Costing Virbac millions. Well done.

The products being outsourced are snake oil and shouldn't even be on the market. Additionally, those products don't even make millions, so it isn't costing millions to outsource. Again, you show your ignorance.

Yes, it took two years. However, Virbac does not control the FDA inspection dates. The FDA concluded the audit that started this disaster in December 2014. The FDA did not come for a re-inspection until August 2016. Might want to educate yourself before posting again or you can continue to waste my time.

Exactly. It took 2 years to fix the problem. You seem to be the only other person who gets the point. The other clown(s) is/are denying the fact that the problems started with the inspection on Dec 2014. The company's been a shit show for 2 years and they're just too dumb to realize and admit it.

Nobody's wasting your time except you by coming on this board to defend the cesspool that is Virbac. If you're so happy with the company, then why come on here to engage in conversation with employees or former employees who have been screwed by Virbac. Go live in your happy bubble and stop wasting your own damn time.
