Its way past "too late to get out" my friend. Trying to find a job and explaining why you stayed on a sinking ship for over a year should be fun. Pharmacists, Buyers, physicians etc have all associated your name with this shit hole and their way of doing business. Good luck, if you get out, trying to win back any friends you had prior to this place. I think thats why most of the rejects still here are applying for jobs at places like; Dicks, Home Depot, Publix, Lowes, the local movie theater, car washes.

Over exaggerate much? If this job were truly as horrendous and soul sucking as you think/say it is why are you still here 'hoping to get your opportunity'?! You can say whatever you want, but you ARE STILL HERE. Actions speak louder than words. Quit and work for less somewhere until you find 'your opportunity'. Why stay in miserable, depressing conditions?? Because your greed is forcing you to stay. That's why. People stay here because they can't go anywhere else. The place is full of second hand, never did anything in their career, reps that couldn't get hired anywhere else. This place is fucking Loserville where reps go to kill their career. Good luck hopefully Mallinckrodt doesn't go under or get sold, because then what will you do?

Agree with all you said......they get jobs here because no other Pharma wanted them.....maybe due to overexaggerating their 'talent' on paper and not being able to prove it during live interview/questions. That being said, if you are in the right location, these pharma co's are a dime-a-dozen out here......while one is laying off, the other is hiring, etc. If these reps knock the huge ass chips off their shoulders and work hard, they can use this shithole as an accomplishment and maybe get picked up again by a reputable place. After all, there's always another company looking for ppl......to feed the Hot Dog Hero nurses and staff at their target offices & hospitals. Don't worry ace......you'll be stuffing the faces of fat HCPs again very soon. Feel proud.

I can't speak for the newbie reps because clearly they have a screw loose from voluntarily coming onboard and not doing their due diligence to realize what a horrible mess they would be getting in, but the Cadence reps were great and were only selected because they had extremely strong sales backgrounds and records of success.
