Purge the management team

WTF are you guys talking about? new VP of Sales and new CEO. They can smell your in competence. Start working and stop making excuses. Seems like a complete turnover is due.
 












Well, it's not clear if the new clueless are any worse or better than the old clueless. But since the only requirement of a lipo manager in any area or department seems to have been warming the benches, that's a low bar. No doubt, the new idiots aren't any better than the old idiots. They just haven't had enough time to foul up the air.
 












speaking of "warming the benches"... I understand the Central Area Director was busy watching the Price is Right. He loves that show.

See I miss the old west coast director. He made good use of his expense account and warmed more than one bench while he was at it. And they fired him for such outstanding productivity. At least it was real fun. Just dreadful boring now.
 
























Not sure what you are talking about, The managers that have been around for awhile are just spineless. They are too afraid to get fired to speak up. They have gotten "in line". The issue of clueless amateur idiots lies solely in the hands of the newer management team.

And it's funny you know - these same spineless idiot managers that have been around for a few years - now acting like they are shocked at how bad things are. Turds were presiding over it and standing by silently and playing the self-serving game. What a bunch of incompetent jokers.
 






























PH is way over his head. Not all his fault, he came from a background that was on autopilot with good products, a great sales team and insurance coverage. A few years go by and you look like a superstar. You do what you know, "Pharma" and apply it to a business model that needs fixing and you're in trouble. Reach and frequency "really". Selling the NMR is difficult. Retaining new business is very difficult. The training is very poor, they like the trainers but do not measure success, leadership is under the impression that training is excellent. Wow. You have to be an actor at LipoScience and create the elusion that you are doing a job well. So much to fix, no time to do it. They cut the talent and keep the but kissers. Look how that is working. You need people that are innovators and action takers. Over the last 3 years leadership is anemic and corporate culture is nonexistent. No vision, no clear direction, not shared goals. Leadership does not even make an effort to get to know new hires at any level. They just go in their offices and work who knows what. Every month the get $$$ a big check. I guess they expect you to be gone soon so why bother. The energy is outright depressing in the building. Very disappointing.
 
























Personally I'm shocked some of the managers haven't resigned on their own yet. Mine consistently complains about the direction of the company, the lack of leadership from his area director, and the focus on activity activity activity that is more micro management than growth and productivity.
