That would be the direction of the leadership. Grow grow grow doesn't matter how! Higher and higher quotas. Reward those that hit them even if it was through HDL. We are kidding ourselves if we think Boston Heart, Bioreference or any other small regional lab is any different. Yet that's were we are placing our precious Vanteras.
 






The comment above is so true BHD is exactly like a young HDl and history will repeat itself. These other regional labs will never by profitable with NmR so they will fade too

Do you gave a better idea on how units could come back to preHDL levels without specialty labs being the majority of it? How could it?
 






We have to grow through these small regional labs we have no other choice but I agree with the comment that was made. Once they realize we are not a profitable test they stop growing. We have seen it time and time again with small Labs.

I also agree that BHD is just another version of HDL.

There is no way around that. The solution cannot be to not get business through them or to not grow through them.

By now it should be pretty clear to just about anyone that the lipo managers and execs that have been around for a few years are clueless amateur idiots. Morons talk a good big talk, but have zero idea about where the underlying business dollar comes from. The idea that the business can grow to Hdl level without regional labs is a joke. That is the reality of the test in the current healthcare system we got.

You got that right. I'd you don't like small regional labs, you should get out of the business, or go back to being a private company. Coz there ain't no way you can make up much of those HDL units without regionals. Or you could sell out to one of the larger labs. Which is THE END.

Not sure what you are talking about, The managers that have been around for awhile are just spineless. They are too afraid to get fired to speak up. They have gotten "in line". The issue of clueless amateur idiots lies solely in the hands of the newer management team.
