PSA - Medical Simulation (MedSim) On Last Legs

We're a current MS customer & have decided to shop for this reason & Admin SVPs Glassdoor comments. Tasteless & preposterous. I recently discovered our admin was on the receiving end of hostility & unprofessional behavior from Bob [Admin SVP] regarding an invoicing matter. Unacceptable & another reason why we're leaving.

Phunny wat happns whn ppl start talkin. Our company was a big MSC customer. Training mgr told me he decided to switch to Simbionix not long ago when Bob pulled a "if I don't get a check tomorrow ur fees will be 2x next time". Several othr major faux pas by Bob too dealing with us. We had it. Stupid dick doesn't get how quick MSC can be made irrelevant. MaryB made end run arnd teh Training Mgr to our execs when she hrd were leavng. Got shut down. Execs wldnt take her calls. She really believed she was that important. How ignorant.
 




Be glad you don't work here. It's even worse inhouse.

I have been at MSC for over 15 years, I can't believe the loser who posses as an MSC client. MSC clients are professionals who would not stoop so low as to post such a message on any website.

Watching this post unfold has been very enlightening. I'm a Director of Training at a midsize vascular company and prospective customer. We met the Med Simulation sales rep at a tradeshow. Great person. I really feel for him, what a difficult place to work. It's understandable why he quit.

As soon as I saw the posts from the people likely to be Bob (SVP) and-or Mary B (CEO), I decided we will not be doing business with a company whose executives threaten violence, are bigoted, racist and mock others sexuality. We will be contacting Simbionix or CAE for proposals.

Yes, he is a great person, a real professional, who found a great opportunity that fits his career goals. We are very happy for him and will miss him. We also know that you are NOT a Director of Training for anyone, above your skill set, and doubt that you allowed at professional tradeshow.

What we do know is that you sitting at home drowning in your own feces.

Anyone that reads your post must feel really sorry for you. Please get some help.

You'll find out soon enough. Like the last 4 resignations being announced before they happened. Your 2 execs pissed of too many customers and they're lying to you. Your customers are calling us.

I'd polish up that resume. When the board shuts the doors suddenly, very soon, only yourself to blame when youre paid through that day. Your financials are in the toilet, no new customers, partners exiting, deals dead after your only sales rep quit.

I'm not sure how telling the truth is cyberbullying when your execs appear to be pathological liars.

Sounds like you've been "diagnosed as a sociopath w psychotic delusional tendencies" that's why you know how to spell the words. So as you are choking on your noodles ask the poor "victim" to produce the two letters and e-mails explaining the Company's generous grant of a leave not required by law. The letters contained specific reference to the law and an explanation of the leave. No secrets here.

Only a child would feel wronged by a company that provided such a generous benefit that it did not have to grant. Look at the meaning of the words "grant" versus "entitlement". Even though the writer "hated" RV and MB, it did not have any problems taking bi-weekly paychecks for working short hours, while exaggerating time records, while enjoying great benefits, oblivious to the fact that others in the department had to pick up slack. Many complained about side deals with the "boss", causing his demotion and self inflicted loss of a good job. Instead of playing this unethical game, MSC could have assigned the work to employees who had lost hours of work and benefits. Maybe their "hate" is directed at the wrong persons. Talk about self serving.
Now that you've finished your first bowl of noodles, look up the word hypocrite and ponder the question who cares what you think?

You finally reached a new low, but not surprising, how you can you post such a damaging post about Lindsey just to serve your sick agenda. You can blame it on me but you've done incredible damage to her reputation.

Lindsay and I may have a difference of opinion, she has her reasons and the fact that it was made public through this forum gave us the opportunity to explain the situation truthfully. Don't believe it, ask Lindsey if she is willing to share the letters and e-mail.

Regardless, in my own experience I saw Lindsey as technically knowledgeable, intelligent, and just "good people". Lindsay and I may have a difference of opinion, and clearly she is angry, but I am not. the issue is not big enough to ruin someone's career like you have.

Regardless, in my own experience I saw Lindsey as knowledgeable technician, curious about learning new things, and overall all good person. The fact that we had a difference of opinions would not motivate anyone to make a career ending allegation.

You need to publically apologize to Lindsey. You can apologize to me if you can get enough courage to meet with me. Go to church, read your bible, but any way you look at it you can't rationalize the damage you've done to Lindsey for your own agenda. People who I know me and who's opinion I value know that I would not stoop as low as you.

Mary Beth & Bob are hated by most former & current employees. Spoke to old coworkers there who said MedSim unlikely to survive. Just like Hillary, both of them didn't do anything wrong, just tanked it. We should start a gofundme campaign & buy them mirrors!
