Product launch? New sales force?

















































I had the phone interview with the recruiter - she didn't get specific about when manager would be doing phone interview - if I were to move on - but she stated they would be looking to start hiring in Jan....
 
























The ball is rolling. I am in! My previous manager called and said the job is mine.

I figured the managers were recruiting their former reps from Avanir even though the recruiters were told not to call but only if they applied suggesting from previous managers. Only 140 reps and managers have them hand picked. Well my former Avanir manager was a hitch and was fired so no neurocrine job for me
 
























So- what is the plan? If we start the interview process, are they going to let it drag on til dec and then give offers? Or will they decide soon and have offers accepted for a Jan hire date?
Any info would be helpful.
 












Run, run, run away from this for multiple reasons! Number 1 being the history and risk you'll enter within, the second would be this leadership team and the last would be the use of this med within TD.

There's no market and no cure!
 






For those who have had video interview how was it? Did you get any additional information on salary, start date etc? Did they say what's the next step in the hiring process?
