That's right. A document from HR will be rolled out to the salesforce stating that if we don't adhere to certain performance standards, then we will be in jeopardy of losing our jobs. Look out for the document probably early next week. Thanks for the vote of confidence, Mallinckrodt.
 






What a cheap and distasteful thing to post on the Friday of a long holiday weekend.

You are adding stress for folks during their weekend off.

I'm hope I do not know you. This would not be a trait of someone I would value.
 






why would anyone be stressed out? how can you even take this place serious right now?
i am sure the above post is true and while the timing sucks , this company isn't worth it.

Why would you even check this website especially before a holiday weekend? You're just doing this to yourself. This board has nothing but negative news. This might not even be true for all we know. But you know what, I'd rather find something out beforehand on an anonymous board than to be slapped in the face with it later.
 






It doesn't matter whether we are put on PIPs. XXR is not selling, so we are going to be out a job before the end of the year.

Don't stress about it--just do your best to sell while looking for a new job at the same time. Don't waste any more mental energy on this job than necessary. Who cares what Stacy is up to? Just keep on selling, and get your resume out there. Six months from now we will have moved on, and none of what's going on here will matter at all.

The CSO already got a document telling us what our impossible to meet objective are.
Now , this means that they will use this to fire or put people on PIP
 






mnk is getting a similar document. it can allow them to act faster to let people go.
most of us are looking for jobs anyway. this just makes you want to look now during working hours. they are great at taking our focus off driving results. it's about the only thing stacy is good at.

they also expect 8 calls to targets physicians. The non-targets or PA dont count. This is tough. Anyone can make 8-10 calls but you may have 4 non-targets but important anyway.
no, they want only targeted calls . Company cell phones are only for business. So no personal calls or pictures.
are they insane? This is just an outlline so that they can fire anyone they want. Too many personal calls? you are fired.
10 calls but only 6 are targets, fired! Did not use influence selling questions? Fired!
Did not use the stupid Lewis page on the ipad? fired!
 






Out of my HTs and STs, I can converse with about 5 of them. The rest are completely NO SEE, or I have to do a lunch. The odds of me seeing these physicians to the company's expectation is slim to none.

And yes, I have begged and pleaded for a lunch, an appointment...SOMETHING so I can tell the surgeon about my new wonderful drug for pain, and guess what? They don't care. And if I get a minute to detail - I can't get the pharmacies in the area to order it ahead of time, so a surgical patient can drop off the prescription on the way home! Then if I do have stocking and or perhaps the patient has a pre-op prescription, IT ISN'T COVERED ON THE PT's INSURANCE.

I have never been in such a lose-lose situation, and to then get that document on Friday was a sweet kiss of death. I'm out of here.

I think if your not looking for a job your an idiot. Who's running this circus. Sounds like someone with zero experience managing,leading, or launching a product. I bet their personal life is a disaster as well. What a failure.

No, the document is not a pip. However, it's the warm up for pips. If you aren't performing to
their standards, they will find something on that form to use against you.
