Ok, now that the new "Management Team" is in place, let's hear your predictions for the next round. Who stays, who goes from the director management level? Who do you see as safe? If it were you making the decisions, who would you keep? Field, home office, RTP, etc...

A large number of marketing directors on products that were not identified at the 2/4 town hall as the organization's focus (CS, NM to start)

Excited? Not until we see who else goes and what our severance package will be.

Don't get your hopes up on a large severance package. You'll get maybe a max of 3-6 months salary. The comments about people wanting to know what the severance package will be makes me laugh. Do you think you'll get $1million? Too funny.

That is true. Half of the commerical will be gone; for those who are on the commerical team and considered Calandra's people will be all gone.
