What happened to all the Client Service People at Genzyme.

For years I would call and speak to the same people. They were all so helpful etc...

Now when I call I get different people, some that have no idea what PCR vs IHC is etc...

I swear the last call was routed to a call center in Asia!!

i'll tell you what happened. they lost good people, lab corp doesn't rehire and then are down in staff, its how LC reports profitable earnings but cutting head cut...

At least US Labs AKA Labcorp will have some volume. A first for everything.

At least GG will have some flow and image analysis volume seeing that USL blew their doors in with hem testing during the time when they competed.....GG has 1 color flow and a "me too" iscope platform developed in response to USL's Virtual Image platform! Either the manhattan lab needs to get 8 color and "virtual image" or there is no use keeping it open....
