Told ya right after LCA bought you guys !

They do it to every lab they buy. LabCorp promises not to touch anyone for a year or so and after that ... bend over, they will drive .....

Same goes for this new lab they just bought .....
 






So far many of our processes have changed but not much in terms firings or our everyday jobs. Not many people are doing that well and most people are voluntarily leaving on their own. Most of our testing is sold because of our relationships. I know for a fact that if people leave the business will also leave. I don't think this is true for all testing but for genetics which is expensive clients expect a certain level of service. If we're not able to keep up with the service they are used to receiving then that will become a huge issue and result in a loss of business.
Already we have so few reps I don't really know why they would lay anyone off.
 






The reason the company is not growing is because the customers do not like LabCorp.
LCA could buy Apple and it would sink like the Titanic.

It is due to the way the Corporate people treat the employees. Unhappy employees equal unhappy customers. No matter what business you are in, it is a fact.

Greed and Wall Street will suck the life out of this company, or what is left of it.

What reps left in NY, I hear some top performers. Where did they go?
 






Everyone just looks out for themselves in lab crap. It starts with the people in burlington and the atlantic regional as a whole. Ben thinks his region walks on water, wasnt he part of a harassment suit in Florida way back? Second in charge Tracey has a thing for men with rings on their left hand, it goes on and on. The other regions pay poorly, RIF quality sales people from the companies they buy, and no one in the labs care enough to stop lost specimens, bad results and the like.
 






we don't know the LC history. People in NY moved on to greener pastures and one moved up. It's expected. This years hasn't been easy for anyone. No one knows what's going on with the numbers and if you can calculate them you must have magical powers.
 
























best thing that can be done is to keep labcorp out of the name, but we are not fooling anyone. With a name like that it HAS to be good. GG is gone, the rest have been gone, this time next year our cards just say labcorp. My regions kickoff meeting got cancelled, just managers presenting business plans that no one will follow up on or pay attention to.
