Say what you want about anything but here are facts:

1. Praluent sales won't change dramatically over the course of time because of new label.
2. PCSK9 class will grow, but not nearly as much as the individual companies planned
3. We will continue to have micromanaging and excessive field ops visits to make sure we're parroting correctly
4. We will continue to lose good sales reps
5. Culture will become more toxic
6. As sales don't ramp up as expected, even more pressure will be passed down to reps who then will pass this down to providers
7. As a result of #6, clinics will continue to deny access
8. In time, cuts will occur

This place sucks anyway. Poor leadership. Stock price only thing legacy people talk about. Sorry but thats not going anywhere either. Poor marketing. Poor managed care team. Fucking being treated like youre being baby sat with too frequent manager visits. Samples/lunches begin diminished as we speak. Programs being eliminated.
