As she became increasingly frustrated by the silence, one person-brown noser of the group-started to tell us how wonderful she's been doing. All of a sudden the stories begin. And they start to grow.

Now said manager feels the need to pass on these success stories, which are all made up. We have an entire marketing team and upper management team who now hears this feedback, which is not real. They have no idea what its like when they aren't around.

Three days of fucking meetings filled with fluff that could've been accomplished with a 2 hour teleconference. This is what we get when you turn the program over to Sanofi. Food sucked ass. We have guys who can't even remember to wear a tie and should be embarrassed to even be on stage. We have the weakest fucking leadership. The Wave? Holy shit. The drum show? Embarrassing. And the fucking trainers/managers rotating around the room to make sure we're detailing? God this was the fucking pits. And quit cutting the time on things that matter. Best part of the meeting was visiting physicians. You never give them enough time. And hey Marion-why even bother to show up? What a fucking waste of money. Why no Q&A? Was interested no hearing the fucked up answer to cutting bonus. You have nothing to add.
 






I agree with some of what you said. Marion was embarassing and the rotation drills were very primary care. No district time to speak of or no time with counterparts for targeting. The food was above average. Something should of been planned for both teams on one of the nights. The detailing had to be done for sure to practice but I would give the meeting a C plus.

When Sanofi is in control, its never gonna be good. They couldn’t run a lemonade stand. Expect more of these wasteful types of meetings. It won’t be long and you’ll have hotel room mates. It’s the Sanofi way. Fun times.
 












Id sure like to know what happened to Regeneron. This was a huge joke, waste of time and money. How many hours of role play? This cookie cutter approach doesn't work but these clowns don't understand that. Canned details. I liked the Wednesday lunch the best-when that bozo lady broke in at lunch to let us know what we could say about non-significance. Mind control. Don't let us think for ourselves, we aren't smart enough to do that so you have to tell us what to say and how to say it.

Is it just me or are the presenters on the main stage weak? Their jokes aren't funny. They fill up space by talking about things that don't matter. And the wave? Come on. Thats about 30 years out-dated. Thats what you get when someone has to talk to us but doesnt have enough content to fill up the time. So we do the wave.

Honest question: how often does anyone think providers are going to actually sit there and let us go through 8 pages of fluff? Most importantly, does it really make any difference?

The outcomes data is very good not great but better than Repatha. Stop complaining and sell. Earn the salary you get.
