In the REAL pharmaceutical world, that is how you look at uptake. You make decisions to grow or shrink your force based on productivity. I know concepts like this ate a bit too much for your pea brain, but that is how it goes.

For an experienced pharma rep, you sure have a lot of time to post on cafepharma. You GSK reps must not have enough catering gigs to keep you busy or maybe it's the fact that since Lovaza is getting its ass kicked, you're looking for a new job.
