Good thread. HQ needs to speak up about this. Short or long term, we need to hear if company can make it to the break even point. I guess they would not tell us otherwise.

Q2 results announced today. Cadence reported a net loss of 21 million for q2. Expenses were 21.1 million and sales were 11 million. Sales estimates for q3 are 13 million.

Company has lost 43.7million Jan-June 2012.


We are losing exactly what we wer losing last year, and now we are selling more. Not good.

They won't tell us anything. Just like they're "letting people go,"ie firing them, without any severance or bonus, while telling us how great company is doing. They want to use us as long as they can.

Which one is it? This ride is almost over and everyone knows it. No one us trying to scar anyone. If anything, people are trying to help others face reality and protect themselves by looking for a new job before there is no job altogether.

If the company is doing "well," then why are we firing reps and consolidating territories?

If the company is doing "well," why did we lose $21 million last quarter?

If the company is doing "well," why is our stock barely at $4 a share?

Stop lying to people.
 






People, people relax everything is fine. I look forward to celebrating the fact that we are achieving half of our 2011 year end goal in July of 2012 when we are together at POA. I believe in (most of) you. Don't worry we have plenty of money, why else would we pull you out of selling and into meetings which will cost pennies compared the ROI we will see from jet lagging everyone.
 






I like the idea of going to POA! It's a nice perk to go fun places. Cadence beats any New Jersey location anyday! La Jolla was A+. Huntington Beach A+. No comparison in my humble opinion. We need this POA to hear and demand long term plans.

So we're you on the advance team who went and checked out the quality of the local Huntington herb? Or are you some dumbass who either doesn't have a family or sadly wants to be away from one?

Either way, I hate you. What a waste of weed or what an unfortunate family who has to know you will unfortunately return.

Fun places?!? You sound like you have no life! Every literal meeting we have had has been nonstop with ridiculously small breaks and no downtime! Who wants to be away from their family and then go to required dinners at horrible places (yeah, that bar food was something special-get real!). Many would also say they would get just as much information on webex versus spending needless money to fly to meetings. This next meeting is at a horrible city and was chosen because it is cheap! Plain and simple.

These meetings are ridiculous and they put way too much emphasis on the ranking report. One minute they say dont worry about the rank report and the next minute they clearly send a message that the rep ranked number one is far better than say someone that is ranked sixth. Could it be perhaps they have an easier and more accessible territory? Errrrrr could be! Many of us laughed when our NUMBER ONE rep went onstage and collected his award and surprise, surprise his wife shows up and his kids are there as well. A bit too long on the speech and the kids and wife at the hotel were not a surprise.
