Very low for industry standards. That won’t change because they know they can replace you with a young B2B rep for less

They value B2B reps more because don’t realize when they’re getting screwed over, but who’s going to train these B2B reps? Certainly not the lazy RDs, and they’ve lost anyone who was willing to promote to jobs like sales training, any applicants yet??? Bet not, because anyone interested in building a career with this company went to another, or they’re actively looking to get out of here like everyone else. This company acts like we are a in a recession and should be thankful to have a job. There was a time when this company valued their salesforce, now if you’re a rep you’re a number, and you can go be a number at another company for a hell of a lot more money. I bet 30% of the sales force is gone by Q1 POA
 






I lost all respect for my zone director JV. He was talking badly about employees that have left for other opportunities. Very unprofessional. Take the high road JV, people are leaving because you’re encouraging micromanaging and bullying by our RDs.
