Believe me, there are plenty that are a lot worse.

I’m not defending this place, but don’t assume every other company is a panacea.

take a look at some of the other boards here on CP and you see all the same complaints. Crappy leadership, poor pay, outrageous expectations, etc.

once you realize that all these companies are essentially play grounds for leadership to elevate themselves and get paid, you will start making decisions around your best interests

Unfortunately, having a bit of a mercenary mind set is essential for survival.
