The qualification, or the infamous "mindset" that you must have to get these HD or HED roles was the lack of conscience. If you even care about people, you would be immediately disqualified. I was shocked when one of the best DMs did not even get an interview in the pioneer. Now it all makes sense. All good people have already left. This is a graveyard now.
