Please don't destroy Allergan

At least with Pfizer you know that it's always only a matter of time before they buy someone else. That makes the stock relatively stable.

Most big pharma has been suffering from an innovation drought. If you think Pfizer is bad at least they buy other companies to shore up the company. Take the like of Lilly as an example of how much worse things could be, who haven't produced anything of significance for a decade & is living on borrowed time.

If you seek a quick buck gamble then you buy stock like regeneron & then wit for them to get bought out by the likes of Pfizer. LOL.

Pfizer is nothing more than a pirate ship. They take over companies gut them and make employees walk the plank. Pfizer is a disqusting unethical company filled with arrogant people. Can't wait for price controls to bring you miserable bastards back down to earth. You are no more than white collar thieves!

My eye patch almost fell off & my wooden leg nearly gave way reading that. Let me guess, your a Lilliputian who's upset by my previous comment about your sorry excuse of a company.

The funny thing is that price controls if ever implemented will affect every company in the industry, and ironically the companies who can best weather such a storm are Pfizer, J&J, Novartis & a select few others, who will buy up all the little fish floundering on the deck.

Arrrrrr.

Very funny

now be sure to wipe your ass with your hook hand.

Doubt Pfizer would be foolish enough to sell too many Activis legacy products. Many are market leaders or approaching market share leaders. Likewise Botox franchise has no end in sight for potential therapeutic uses, and AGN has some good quality eye products. We shall see!

I think they mentioned Botox. The eye care business is about to get real competitive so not sure how much they want to invest there. WH? Don't see a 'market leader'. The IUD isn't doing great. Sure SOME products have 'Potential' but selling them off have Reality.

Late/missed immunooncoly boat
3rd in PCSK class
Reduced Internal R and D spending
Poor BUsiness Dev performance in buying assets (contrast to GIlead or BMS)
Propping up stock on the basis of share buyback so instead of real investments that yield long term return
AZ inversion and now looks like AGN inversion in trouble

Well it looks like Pfizer will not destroy Allergan....Allergan management is doing that themselves! Pfizer is great and does not need Allergan. That is why PFE is up in after hours and AGN is way, way, way down.

Thank you for proving my point. I figure your new job once the sell off begins is either Walmart or McDonald's. Either way it will be fitting for online college diploma you have.
#dumbass

What point?

O'h the one that proves you haven't a clue what you are whining on about. Hint; emotional whiney crap doesn't make an argument, rather it reinforces the perception that you are just a whiney biatch, who chooses to do what people like you do best a.k.a "whine" and ignore the reality. Pfizer, much as it pains you will be around and continue to prosper long after we're gone.

Take some deep breaths grasshopper & deal with it.

Not exactly. Agreed AGN management has destroyed itself but PFE is up so Arbitrage shorters can cover their bets. You most likley are incapable of understanding this. PFE will experience it's own stagnation and management demise once the dust settles.
