Really? Dabroski is doing just fine thank you. Got a kick ass job with Covance in a VP or National Sales Director job. In short, Takeda cut him out and he ended up with a great severance package and a promotion with a better company within weeks of the layoffs.

Looks like his wake up call led him to a better place outside the toxic good ole boy network at TAPkeda. He won, we lost.
 




Booth was a leader and wasn't afraid to make some waves with Japan-he certainly didn't fit the TAP good old boy mode so was let go....too bad-we could use a leader about now.

errr ... Booth is an Abbott reject.

Booth was OK, but he had a loyalty model and hired a bunch of Abbott cronies who were mostly inept (McDonald, Hull etc etc). He was always only a stand in until McKenzie took over at the merger. Everyone knew this, including Booth.

As much as I fondly remember the old TPNA days, I doubt that Booth could have made the decisive moves required to avoid the train wreck we are in now.

Hardly an Abbott reject. Look up your history and see where he made his bones..... His successes in biotech and pharma are the stuff of legend. Booth made a lot of money for a lot of people/companies before he came to Takeda.
 








A leader makes decisions which booth did-he wasn't afraid to push back. Now we have a bunch a yes-people all too afraid to challenge anything or anyone and only worried about keeping their job. Its a mess.
 








No-but somebody like Booth can change the culture, shake things up and make things happen. with this crew there is ice all over the deck of the Taptanic and they are making cocktails and carrying on with business as usual. In the meantime we are sinking-time for a new captain!
