While the intent for the transformation is pretty good and necessary, the process and decisions on the selection of the HDs and HEDs are the jokes of the century. We certainly have some of the worst senior leaders in our industry. They just keep making these terrible decisions. From this point on, it is going to be a long way down to the bottom. I am ready for my package in July. This ship is sinking fast based on the quality of the directors.
