Has anyone heard about the $2.5million PCLS owes Solstas? Heard PCLS turned over all patient info to Solstas for collections. Curious if Solstas can legally collect from patients that had their insurance billed by PCLS. When will the sleaziness of Roth and Co ever end?

Solstas???? as in Solstas Lab Partners - which was acquired by Quest a couple years back. . . I have heard of labs referencing out to other labs for clinical work, but not for collections.... sounds like a turd of a story to me . . .

About half of my doctors don't even mess with THC any longer. Full panel can lead to billing issues and an unhappy account with less bills actually paid over and above the ones already not paid. Maybe that's why you feel your " stuck "!

Oh he has been noticed by owners and SR mgmt long before now.
But since everybody basically sucks there has been no action taken.
