Anybody really know how many people they are sending for flex time F2F interviews?

Sad to think you could "work" as a full time rep, make more $ and still average about 25-30 hours on a week in making calls plus getting car and better benefits.

If YOU spoke with a recruiter, you should have been TOLD what the salary is - not have been asking the range.

Not true. I deal with an Inventiv recruiter that NEVER discusses the salary range. She always tells me that it is up to the manager.

Not true at all- the recruiter I spoke to told me the "average" salary- said I shouldn't be telling you this, but here it is. Said I was very interested, but unsure of salary range. every inventiv recruiter is different.

my question is why fly 3 people to an interview if they have a general idea of whom they would choose? seriously. after flight in an out it will be about a fifteen hour day. whew!
