This couldn't be more true. People with zero management / leadership experience in senior roles. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe some of Natera's choices in management. Business 101: Don't promote clueless morons to make decisions and "manage" adults.
Fix the toxicity, fire PG and the bros, re-evaluate the managers he placed who aren’t fit, tell the truth, learn about the market and specialities before you open your mouth and make decisions, don’t be a fucking asshole.
