Phil Gr...total clown

There’s something to be said for being the CEO’s right hand and since most guys use their right hand to begin with, I think we can assume what his promotion was all about. First, he’s rude, disrespectful and pompous when interacting with his direct reports (and their direct reports, and their direct reports). Second, he’s seen as just a puppet for the self-described savant who runs the place and third, he constantly finds ways to make himself appear like the smartest guy in the room (could be Trump’s stunt-double, literally).

In short, Natera is a great company, it just has some super bad apples at the top who are spoiling the perception of the bunch. The stock price has everything to do with with success of the products (WH rocks!) and nothing much at all to do with the clowns in the corner offices. Thank baby Jesus for that.

Does he really effect you? Who cares if u like him. These guys bs all day to each other then do what ceo says. No clue what happens with docs or how bad company run internal. They got families to feed. Not like other companies knocking down their doors. It’s called a job not a hobby for a reason. Sorry it’s not always fun. Get over it.

Unprofessional and unqualified like natera leaders. They all lie and screw sales over. Some dudes like Phil and Malone get multiple promotions in a year and both are jokes.

The dude is the reason nothing gets fixed. We use antique systems that don’t work because no truth gets to top leaders. Overpaid wind bag who knows nothing about the specialties the companys future is in. Send him back to training women’s health reps.

Sometimes you are good and sometimes you are lucky. As good as Phil and Steve think they are their success has mostly to do with luck. They clearly have their favorites and nepotism is rampant.

We are solid for the next 12-24 months but need to develop long term strategy of which is lacking.

ride the wave and jump when the money dries up.

What money? The compensation plan sucks.
