Is 401k even a perk?

Startups don’t usually have a fleet program so my guess is a monthly allowance plus mileage. Standard is 800-1000mo plus 55c or similar

They do have a Ford fleet program. Typical benefits seem to be pretty good for a startup. I saw they won an award for "perks and pay."

A Ford fleet program. Wonderful. You get to drive the same car you bought for your 16 year old.

Salix doesn’t give a car allowance. They provide a bone stock 2 wheel drive Equinox with a four banger that can’t get out of its own way. And yes, they count the number of breakfast and lunch meetings we do as well as how many samples we give out. Salix sucks. I hope I can get on board at Phathom.
