Pharmacy Call Facade





Ok, I dont believe this. Here is the thing: most mid to upper level sales managers across the industry KNOW that we're all faking calls. They do aught about it because the more they participate in the lie, the more likely they are to keep their jobs.

It's like the relationship between the Chicago cops and the Capone family during Prohibition.
 






No value in these calls except knowing there is not enough supply, which you already know. It’s not your job to manage chain pharmacy logistics. You give info to 1 tech in 10, unless the chain shares relevant information with the entire staff regularly, your calls aren’t worth much. Make “phone calls” to your pharmacies all day everyday!
The pharmacy lead people in the area can’t hope to affect much. They know less than the reps about the situation so how can they hope to help except for letting us know who makes the most pharmacy calls and when it’s pharmacy appreciation week.:) so much for value and ROI.
