Manager told me base range $130-$140k w/ $45k bonus. Territory is insanely huge. Two major cities 5 hours apart. That’s 2-3 times the size of other onc territories in my area. Not enough money.

Good info to know if you’re being truthful. Never know what’s BS on this site.

Will only top out at 140 if you have buy and bill experience...45k is at plan but uncapped. Will start with large territory and then decrease that after about 18 months

I’m poster #20. I am in the Midwest. I backed out because it is too much travel, but best of luck to all! The manager was very personable, which is sadly not that common anymore. I have a friend who works for Amag, and they are definitely concerned about the competition, which I figure is a good sign for Pharmacosmos.

Very unprofessional. Was told by the hiring manager over Zoom that he was moving me through and that they would be reaching out within the week. Fast forward 2 weeks....had to call recruiter to get an update. Waited several days for a callback and then told they were moving on with other candidates. Most likely dodged a bullet. A manager who does that is someone who would stab you in the back with upper management. Good luck dumbass company with dumbass name.

Hilarious, it is a dumbass name!! I too have been waiting for over 3 weeks and have not heard anything, I am assuming they are moving on with someone else, a reply would be nice!!

Company is a total mess! RUN!

1. Senior leadership is a joke-words cannot explain the extent of incompetence
2. Need contracts in order to sell but reps cannot have pricing discussions?
3. Corporate credit card has been denied 3x
4. Car allowance was a bait & switch -was told a higher $ but found out it was actually $300 less
5. LTI…worthless
6. Benefits-the WORST Plan I have ever heard of! $250 to get teeth cleaned w/insurance?
7. Marketing tools? Almost none
8. Most of my team made $, but 90% of sales force did not meet goal
9. No strategic direction
10. They don’t pay you your 2 weeks even if you request it

I’m out after the payout on the 15th!

Run!! There is a reason why there are 6 open positions out of 38 reps

Competitor just came out with same single dose -so nothing sets drug apart

Competitor has been in the market longer, has better patient assistance program, and has a full team of reps
