with all Kim has done, not replacing him but leaving his position vacant should be an option. Would save a lot of money thaa way.
Kim and his associates should be returned to the lab bench to learn what drug discovery is all about. They are a bunch of losers dragging this company in the mud. The CEO and BOD are not smart enough to know the difference. Any new head of R&D coming in should have a new working model. The best one is to break the whole operation into small hungry biotech-like organizations held accountable each for small parts of the pipeline. Don't pay them the big bucks until they get proof of principle in man with a viable molecule. Toss them out if they under perform, eliminate the cronyism and the bullshit Powerpoint culture of phony deceiving data.

Kim is unfortunately staying for a while. He is going to go nuclear winter on R&D in the USA. They are building a 1.5-2.0 billion dollar building in China. Cuong Viet Do has deep roots and connections in China and India from his previous jobs. 600 people to start out with. Do they think that anyone believes they will go 2 billion for 600 people? That number will be closer to 20,000 when all is said and done.

Well he could replace the VP (Tony Ford...) in vacines who after 35 plus years will retire in Feb. That could happen
