Reform is needed....

Yes reform is needed. BUT this Pres will not touch welfare and the freebies he wants to give out. Many people take advantage of the food asst program and welfare. They live on it instead of trying to work for it. We penalize the ones who work and pay the ones who dont work..pretty messed up.
