Pathway Genomics

My guess is that JP is only looking to kill the US operations, in regards to DNA testing. Only keeping the cancer market operating. No FDA rules in international business.

Time is running out for the rest of us!

Blood?? Why?

1. To stop paying P & H, playing off of OIG ruling.

2. Exiting the US business operations, except for Cancer. Wasn't actually collecting much money in reimbursement from Insurance companies.

3. No other laboratory will purchase a Saliva based company.

4. Group of idiot leaders.

5. Who actually believes that the FDA has any actual control or guidance when dealing with Reference Laboratories? Labs are governed by CLIA, CAP, and OSHA. 99% of all lab test are not FDA approved!

Sorry...What is P & H?

Also, previous posters question.. what was so special about the science? Isn't this all done pretty much the same way?

P & H, is processing and handling fee. Paid back to the clinic. As for the science, it is my opinion, this science is only voodoo science. It is good to know, but not a true actionable test. Hell, most insurances', will not pay for this crap anyway.

This Pathway disaster can't end anytime too soon.

On several occasions I've gotten into late stage discussions on a new job, they want to check references, put in a call to Pathway, probably find their way to Klene, God only knows what she says, and then I have to explain this disaster.

What a complete disaster.

why would you put your current company down as a reference?
Why would they want to find their way to Klene?
This doesn't make sense.
Everyone else left Pathway and did not get some bad reference from Klene, so don't use that as a crutch.

No matter if you quit, got laid off or fired Pathway will say you were fired. Good luck finding another job after Pathway. Many of the people who used to establish accounts and were let go so the company didn't have to pay the recruiters are STILL looking for jobs. With no severance or notice many are struggling to pay bills keep their families together. What Pathway did was intentional and malicious. They continue to inhibit those trying to find jobs by telling people you were fired.

So here's my question - how are the sales reps supposed to work here if they did not get a commission check last week and were told they would this friday - however, still no check coming to them this Friday either... really - and they have no targets for business as the comp plan they were delivered last week now has been altered but of course, not communicated! It is absurd to subject these reps to this ... (from an insider :)_

Yep they are offering a finder's fee $$ to the remaining reps that recommend the new sales manager's and if they are on board after 3 months will get a hefty fee.

Any current remaining Sales Manager at Pathway that recommends a friend to this slave ship should think twice about friendship.

Lastly, notice how PG is pulling away from the "oncology Sales Manager" model and shifting toward emphasis on Women's Healthcare?

6 to 10 tests a week of BRCATrue is hardly bragging rights. Targeting Myriad existing business is laughable.

Here is Pathway's latest advertisements for Ob/Gyn Sales under "Pathways" LMAO why don't they want to use their real company name?

I would suggest that anytime a potential employer calls Pathway that you make sure that call is on a recorded line.

What I don't understand about all the people posting here is why haven't we approached the DOL or a class action against Pathway Genomics?
With all of their other lawsuits, it's not like it wouldn't be expected or that a labor attorney wouldn't take on the case. (especially with Pathways history of buying their way out of expensive lawsuits for a settlement) all it takes for a class action is more than 3 of us and there are far more of us than that.

Even though they are in a "at will" state, it doesn't matter. There is strength in numbers against these idiots that call themselves a "company" they shouldn't be allowed to operate any longer they don't know how to treat employees. Even their competition wants to see them put out of business. Hell I bet the legal counsel over at Myriad would give us free advice.

I hear that lawsuit isn't going too well and Pathway is looking to settle cheaply and early. Myriad is going to make them suffer a drawn out death.

If someone could find a lawyer, that would be great. All the lawyer has to do is put out press release announcing a class action lawsuit seeking individuals who were harmed. Anyone interested can then call that lawyer directly.

they continue to advertise as "Pathways"
Trying to re market the name with a new independent Salesforce.

for 2014 Pathway Genomics gets the award for being the most
cruel to employees and ran by a bunch of illiterate wanna be "A" listers
like JP and his lowlife sidekick KO.
you should all take a look at her FB page and how she is posed in a
bathing suit, on the phone in Beverly Hills like she is someone
important.

how she got that position with only a high school diploma is suspect.
she plays the role well.
if the company fails maybe keesha is looking for female backup dancers
instead of those two losers.

this company is one big embarrassment, I am lucky my old company hired me back.
