To anyone who is considering a PAE position at Genoptix, do yourself a favor and move on to another opportunity. You will rue the day you take this job. It will suck the life out of you and leave you an empty depressed wreck. Terrible management that will want you document your every move. No direction is ever given only micromanagement and constant blame for no progress. Even though the blame clearly lies with upper management's lack of understanding the hospital market and failure to give Pathologists what they want. You will fail because Genoptix is a non factor in this market and that will make you a non factor and you will find yourself mired in frustration and despair. The decision is yours but I am telling you, you'll be very sorry if you have the misfortune of ending up here.[/QUOT
