Neo has an exclusive use of the SVM technology and from that will be coming out with a blood-based molecular PC test. CSI doesn't seem to have anything compelling.

Came across this thread a year too late... from a Path Inc perspective, I hear the deal is on hold for some reason. LCA lawsuits maybe? Regardless, looking forward to changes whenever it does become official.

Not LCA lawsuits. Path Inc is a dead end company and Lab Corp found out during the review.

Everyone thinks the Neo plan to buy CSI just fell through. Not so, CSI has a sweeter deal coming from LCA. Probably why LCA put the breaks on the other deal.

Path Inc would be worth more if they pushed the building into the ocean and collected the insurance money.
